Newsletter: Registration is Open
Dear Colleagues,
I am sure you are now all ready to make your final arrangements to attend the 4th MPS which will
be held September 2-5, 2014, in Beirut, Lebanon, on the beautiful campus of the American university
of Beirut.
This 4th newsletter is to announce the opening of the registration for the conference
and to urge you to register early since you will be able to save $100 on early registration.
Besides the various privileges included in the registration package, you will also be given
free admission to the exhibition grounds or "Trade Show Area”.
I encourage you to read the 1st, 2nd and 3rd newsletters since they covered information on the venue,
important dates, sponsorship opportunities, the tentative program and call for abstracts.
We look forward to your participation in the scientific program and/ or the trade show.

4th MPS REGISTRATION
We are pleased to announce that the Fourth Mediterranean Summit in Beirut (2-5 September 2014)
will have different activities that go from the pure scientific research to the Highly professional Trade show
passing through the advanced touristic and cultural events.
Therefore the registrations are consequently divided into different areas:
1) Trade Show and exhibition registration:

a. The registration fees include:
i. Access to the trade show exhibition area,
ii. The Conference Bag including the documentation of the 4th MPS (Beirut 2014),
iii. The Conference kit (Abstracts and procedures on a digital support (USB drive),
iv. Access to all the sessions,
v. The welcome dinner/cocktail (Includes Musical entertainment)
vi. Lunches and coffee breaks,
vii. Certificate of attendance.
b. Accompanying Person registration includes:
i. The welcome cocktail/dinner on Thursday 2nd of September,
ii. Lunches and coffee breaks,
iii. Guided Tour in Beirut's Museum and Downtown.
